Please read our refund guidelines carefully before purchasing your tickets. 1. No Refund on Confirmed Bookings 2. All ticket sales are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for another date or event. 3. Event Postponement If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, government restrictions), your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. No additional charges will apply. 4. Event Cancellation In the unlikely event of a complete cancellation, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. 5. Change in Artist Line-Up or Program Line-up and schedule are subject to change without prior notice. Such changes will not be considered grounds for refunds.
